By accessing and using Bookezy ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bookezy, governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.
Bookezy provides cloud-based GST billing, inventory management, and accounting software (SaaS). The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You shall not use the Service to transmit any malicious code, violate any applicable laws, or infringe upon the rights of others.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bookezy and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Bookezy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Exclusive Clause: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, India.
You hereby waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
