Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Bookezy offers a free trial period for new users to test the full functionality of the software. We strongly encourage you to take full advantage of this trial period to evaluate if our software meets your business needs before purchasing a subscription.

2. No Refund Policy

Because we offer a free trial, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is purchased. All payments provided to Bookezy are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscription fees.

This "No Refund" policy applies even if:

• You forget to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
• You do not use the software during the subscription period.
• You close your account before the end of your subscription term.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will not be billed for any future cycles.
• You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the term.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team immediately at support@bookezy.in. We will review such cases individually and may issue a refund if a technical billing error is confirmed.
