Bookezy is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. As such, we do not ship any physical products. All our services are delivered electronically via the internet.
Upon successful payment validation, your account will be activated immediately. You will receive a welcome email with your login credentials and getting started guide at the registered email address.
Our support team is available to assist you with onboarding. If you purchased an Enterprise plan that includes training, our team will coordinate with you to schedule these sessions.

As a cloud-based solution, all updates and patches are applied automatically on our servers. You do not need to download or install any updates manually. You will always have access to the latest version of the software.
