1. Service Delivery

Bookezy is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. As such, we do not ship any physical products. All our services are delivered electronically via the internet.

2. Account Activation

Upon successful payment validation, your account will be activated immediately. You will receive a welcome email with your login credentials and getting started guide at the registered email address.

3. Support & Onboarding

Our support team is available to assist you with onboarding. If you purchased an Enterprise plan that includes training, our team will coordinate with you to schedule these sessions.

4. Access Issues

If you do not receive your login details or cannot access your account after payment, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still face issues, please contact our support team at support@bookezy.in or call us at +91 93808 08400.

5. Software Updates

As a cloud-based solution, all updates and patches are applied automatically on our servers. You do not need to download or install any updates manually. You will always have access to the latest version of the software.
